Your design
When requesting a design you can either choose something from the existing designs on my page or request something new.
If requesting a new design please give as much detail as possible, I'll then sketch something and send it back to you for approval before stitching.
Please note that designs are not exclusive (except collaborative designs), other customers can request the same design

Suitable Items
Send-in items must be in excellent condition in order for me to work on them, ideally new. If the item has been worn before please ensure it is freshly laundered. Please message me to ensure your item is suitable if you are unsure.
Posting Your Items
You are responsible for ensuring your item(s) get to me safely. You will be sent the address upon the purchase of your chosen embroidery.
Care Instructions
Wash all hand-embroidered items on a delicate cycle and do not tumble-dry.
Additional Embroidery
If you would like any additional embroidery such as collar details or sleeve embellishment please also add these to your basket.
